3. Application fee is non-refundable.
4. Entries are valid only after the fee is paid and details are verified.
5. Jury’s decision is final.
6. Each artist can submit 1 artwork.
7. Multiple entries allowed in various categories (each with a separate fee).
8. Art N Culture may use artwork images for promotion.
9. Any false information will lead to disqualification.
