Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
By participating in this competition, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. The competition is organized and presented by Art and Culture.

2. Eligibility
• The competition are open worldwide to participants of all ages.
• Employees, associates, and direct affiliates of Art and Culture are not eligible to participate.
• By entering, participants confirm their eligibility and agree that they are entitled to receive any prize that may be awarded.
• All submitted music, dance, artworks must be original creations by the participant, who must be the sole copyright holder.
• Submissions containing inappropriate content (including but not limited to violence, nudity, or offensive material) will be disqualified.
• Artworks of all size and medium are accepted. For Music, Singing and Dance you can upload audio or video (mp3, mp4, wav.,) up to 1 GB.

3. Entry & Payment
• Each participant may in Music, Singing and Dance can submit one entry per category. For rest of the categories participants can submit up to 5 artworks.
• The entry fee is INR 500 per entry.
• The entry fee is non-refundable under all circumstances. 

4. Awards & Prizes
• 1st Prize: INR 100,000 (cash)
• 2nd Prize: INR 50,000 (cash)
• 3rd Prize: INR 25,000 (cash) for 2 artists
• All Participants: E-certificate and Social media promotion with poster

Important Notes:
• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Art and Culture reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
• The jury’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the outcome.

5. Winner Selection & Notification
• Winners will be selected by the appointed jury and notified via the email address provided during registration.
• Art and Culture will make two attempts to contact each winner via email.
• If a winner fails to respond within 14 days of the second email notification, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner may be selected. 

6. Prize Delivery
• Winners should allow up to 14 days for prize delivery.
• Alternative arrangements for collection or delivery may be made through mutual agreement.

7. Data Protection & Publicity
• By entering, participants grant Art and Culture the right to use submitted artworks for promotional purposes.
• Selected artworks will be exhibited online on Art and Culture’s website and social media channels starting 30 November 2025.
• Winners’ names and country of residence will be publicly announced on30 November 2025 via the website and official social media platforms. 

8. Limitation of Liability
Art and Culture shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants as a result of entering the competition, exhibiting their work, or receiving a prize. 

9. General Provisions
• Art and Culture reserves the right to cancel, amend, or modify the exhibition and competition, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice. • Participation in the competition implies acceptance of these terms in full.
